I believe that photos of children should capture the individual personality of each child.  The best way to do this is to earn their trust, let them show you their world, and join in their fun!


A photo session with me won't be the least bit stuffy. (What child likes that?!)

In fact, it will look and feel a lot like a playdate!

Children’s Portraiture

Sessions typically last about 2 hours (depending on the energy level/ of the child!).  I prefer to shoot somewhere that is familiar to the child, such as the home, their favorite playground, or both!  My shots are digital and utilize natural light, which is the best way to capture your child's natural beauty.

I believe that your children's portraits are invaluable… but that does not mean that they have to cost a fortune!  The business of photography usually dictates that in addition to a session fee, you must pay for each photo that you order.  Unfair!!  Whisper of Whimsy Photography will edit the best shots from the shoot and give you a disc of all of the photos… included in the session fee!!!  Say goodbye to ghastly print mark-ups!
